3rd Line Support & Configuration Specialist, 02/2022 - Current

I am currently working on a patient flow management system, (PFM), which facilitates the movement of patients around wards within hospitals.

·       Complete remote on premises moves.

·       Control changes across all environments (live, test, training & QA)

·       Update environments and access servers via Azure.

·       Use Virtual Machines via Azure.

·       Work directly with customer to correct issues via Jira tickets & calls.

·       Work extensively with excel and CSV files.

·       Work under the agile Kanban methodology.

First Bus 

Mechanical Engineer, 09/2015 - 01/2022

Engineer for all aspects of the vehicle from safety critical issues, maintenance, MOT failures and servicing.

·   Worked at 3 different sites.

·       Completed my apprenticeship alongside a full-time job.

·       Worked alone or in a team, whichever was required for the task.

·       Worked early, evening or night shift whenever required.

·       Debugged complex issues with manufacture approved software.

TLP Events

Event Moderator, 09/22 – Current

TLP is a LAN event where attendees bring PCs twice a year to an event hall and game all weekend.

·   During events 

o   Setup of the event ensuring all rows have power and working internet and pack down of the event.

o   Ensure everyone is comfortable and informed.

o   Assist running tournaments ensuring all matches are completed within the times allocated.

·   Between events 

o   Attend event planning meetings.

o   Moderate the discord and welcome new members.

o   Arrange game nights.
